We ended up making it back to camp around 8:30pm at night. We were entirely spent. We were at the limit of our capability on this trip. There were 30 mph winds making it even more difficult. The last couple hours were in the dark, by headlamp only, it was almost impossible to stay on the very subtle use trail. We were bouldering and bushwacking, which made the travel even more exhausting and hard on our bodies.

This photo was taken Sunday morning. There was a very unusual cloud umbrella just over top of the Salton basin. It made for this very eerie-beautiful morning photo.
